For multi-channel businesses
Your money lands
in five places.
See it in one.
Etsy revenue. Amazon settlements. Shopify payouts. A Stripe retainer. The occasional check. Each platform pays you on its own schedule, in its own report. Wrenbase is the one place that tells you what you actually made this month.

How platform-paid businesses get paid
The platforms
don't talk to each other.
Etsy pays out every Monday. Amazon settles every two weeks. eBay funds release on its own calendar. Shopify rolls daily. PayPal sits until you move it. Then a wholesale buyer drops a $400 check.
Every channel rolls into one revenue picture. Import is the mechanism. Operational clarity is the point.

Keep your storefronts and your ops tools. Wrenbase is the money layer beside them.
You keep selling and shipping where you always have. Wrenbase pulls both sides together, sales in from every channel and supplier bills out, into one revenue picture. Bring your numbers in by CSV import, live now.
Your stack
Where you sell, ship, and keep the books. Stays exactly where it is.
Plus Wrenbase
The one place both sides of the money meet.
No rewiring your workflow. Export the payouts or the bills from your tool, import the CSV, and the numbers land on one ledger.
What flows through
Both sides of a shop, on one ledger.
Sales in across every channel, supplier bills out, and the margin left over. Each one is a real object you can filter, tag, and total.
Money in
Every way a sale reaches you, from a marketplace payout to a check.
Money out
The suppliers you buy from to keep the shelves and the store full.
Sales in across channels and supplier bills out sit side by side, so margin by channel and line reads straight off the ledger and you can see restock timing against the cash you actually have.
Built for
Any business whose money lands in more than one place.
Marketplaces are the easy example. The shape is the same for coaches on Acuity, consultants on retainer through Stripe, agencies billing two customers in two currencies, talent on Upwork plus a direct invoice on the side. Different industries, but the same problem: money arriving from many places on many schedules.

Your words, in Wrenbase
You keep your language. It maps underneath.
You don't learn accounting words to run your shop. What you already call things maps onto the ledger objects that make the margin add up.

| Suppliers and wholesalers | Vendors | Restock bills in, screened, counted against your cost |
| A channel or storefront | Tag on the transaction | Filter revenue by where the sale came from |
| Restock bills | Vendor bills in | Land in your Bills inbox, screened before you pay |
| Margin by channel or product line | Cash Pulse | Read live, not rebuilt in a sheet |

Common questions
What every multi-channel business asks.
- I reconcile every platform in a spreadsheet each month. What changes?
- You stop. Drop your Etsy export, your Amazon settlement, your Shopify payout into Wrenbase one time. Save the column mapping. Next month, the same files import the same way without you redoing the work. Your monthly reconciliation goes from a Sunday afternoon to a few minutes.
- How do I bring in revenue from Etsy?
- Download your Etsy export, drop it into Wrenbase, tell it which column is the amount and which is the date. Save the mapping once. Next month is a single click.
- What about Amazon settlements?
- Same flow. Export the settlement report from Amazon, drop it in, map the columns. The settlement net joins your monthly revenue alongside everything else.
- What about eBay or Shopify revenue?
- Same flow again. Any platform that lets you export sales or payouts as a CSV works. Drop the file in, map the columns, and each row becomes a transaction you can search by order number, buyer, or date.
- What if I get cash or a check on the side?
- Add it as a transaction manually, or mark a Wrenbase invoice as paid by cash or check. The off-platform payments live in the same ledger as your imports. Your total reflects everything.
- How do I send an occasional invoice when a platform isn't involved?
- A direct customer wants to commission something off Etsy? Send them a Wrenbase invoice. The payment lands in the same revenue view as your platform sales. One ledger covers both modes.
- What about payout timing? Etsy pays Monday, Amazon every two weeks.
- Each platform pays you on its own schedule. Once a payout releases and you import the file, those transactions are in Wrenbase. Until then, they're not. Wrenbase reflects what you've imported, not what's still in transit on a platform's side.
- How do I know which channel is actually paying my rent?
- Every transaction carries the source it came from. Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Stripe, manual cash. Filter your transactions by source and you can see what each channel actually brought in this month. You stop guessing where your business really comes from.
