The analytics engine for your money
Your money data, wherever it lives,
finally answers to you.
Cash Pulse reads both sides of your money and turns it into answers: what's coming in, what you owe, and where you net out. Bring it in from Wrenbase, a spreadsheet, your bank, or your ERP. One engine reads all of it.

Source-agnostic by design
It doesn't care where the data comes from.
Cash Pulse reads money data from anywhere, not just what runs on Wrenbase. Export a CSV from any tool today and it lands in the same engine. Native connectors and deeper integrations, the kind that pull straight from your accounting tool, your bank, and your ERP, are rolling out. One neutral place reads all of it, so you are never locked into a single system to get the answers.
Why your books can't answer this
Your accounting software closes the past. You're trying to run the present.
Accounting is built to record what already happened, accurately and after the fact. It was never built to tell an owner, at 9 AM on a Tuesday, whether this month is ahead. Cash Pulse is. Here is where the two part ways.
Am I ahead this month?
Accounting: Shows last quarter, once the books are closed.
Cash Pulse: One number, today: what came in minus what went out.
What's actually going to hit my account?
Accounting: Reports revenue you've earned, not cash you'll hold.
Cash Pulse: Expected money in against approved money out, week by week.
Who's about to become a problem?
Accounting: Lists what's owed. Says nothing about who pays late.
Cash Pulse: Ranks customers by how much and how reliably they pay.
Keep your accounting software. Cash Pulse doesn't replace the ledger your accountant closes. It answers the questions that ledger was never meant to.
Real-time visibility
Cash received, expected, and at risk, kept current as money moves.
Send an invoice, record a payment, mark a bill paid, and Cash Pulse reflects it the next time you look. No nightly batch, no manual refresh. The numbers you see at 2 PM are the numbers at 2 PM.

Overdue receivables
The painful ones surface first.
Overdue invoices grouped by how late they are: 1-14 days, 15-30 days, and 30-plus. The longest-overdue money is called out on its own so you know which conversations are worth having today.

Business Health
What's coming in, what you owe, and where you net out.
Most tools only show what you're owed. Cash Pulse shows the other side too: bills outstanding, what's overdue, and what's due in the next 30 days. Net position puts them together, cash received this month minus cash paid out, so you know whether you're actually ahead. Only a tool that sees both sides can tell you that.

Customer Insights
Which customers are worth keeping.
Not every customer is worth the same effort. Cash Pulse ranks yours by what they've actually paid you and how reliably they pay it, so the ones carrying your month sit at the top and the slow payers stop hiding in the average. It also flags the good customers who've gone quiet, before you forget they existed.

Quote-to-cash analytics
See how quotes turn into money.
Cash Pulse rolls your quotes into a funnel: sent, accepted, converted to invoices, declined, and expired, with the dollar pipeline behind each stage. It also gives you a conversion rate, the average days a customer takes to respond, and the average days from quote to cash in the bank. So you see more than what you're owed today: you see how well your pipeline turns into revenue, and how long that takes.

Every payment in one ledger
Cash inside Wrenbase. And the cash that came in elsewhere.
Payments processed by Wrenbase land automatically. Payments that happened elsewhere get recorded too, so Cash Pulse stays complete.
Auto-tracked
Card and ACH payments processed by Stripe appear in your ledger the moment they clear.
Record a payment
Wire, check, cash, Zelle, Venmo. Mark the invoice paid, pick the method, the transaction joins the ledger.
Intelligent spreadsheet import
Drop a CSV or XLS export. Map columns once, save the template, reuse it forever. PayPal, KDP, and arbitrary spreadsheets all welcome.
Custom sources
Have a payment source you want surfaced in Cash Pulse? Tell us. We want to fit how the money actually moves.
Bring your own spreadsheet
Any CSV or XLS. Mapped to your fields.
Cash Pulse handles arbitrary spreadsheet shapes. Drop a CSV or XLS export, point Wrenbase at which columns are amount, date, sender, method. The transactions join the same ledger as your Stripe-processed payments.

For finance and data teams
Data somewhere complex? Let's unlock it.
When your financial data lives across systems that don't export cleanly, we will work with you to bring it into Cash Pulse and turn it into the answers your business is missing. Tell us what you run and where the data sits.

Common questions
Quick answers.
- Am I ahead this month?
- That's the question Cash Pulse answers first. It reads both sides of your money, what's landed and what you've paid out, and gives you one number for the month: net position. More came in than went out, or it didn't. Your accounting software's aging report can't tell you this, because it only watches one side.
- Where does my cash actually stand right now?
- Where it stands this second, not last quarter. What's landed, what's still owed, what's overdue, and what you owe in the next 30 days, all in one view. Send an invoice or log a payment and the answer moves with it. The picture you're looking at is always current.
- Which customers can I count on, and which are slipping?
- Cash Pulse reads your paid and unpaid invoices and tells you who your money actually comes from. It sorts customers into VIP, active, new, at risk, and dormant, and shows who pays on time and who drags. You learn where to lean in and who to chase before a slow payer becomes a bad one.
- Can I trust the numbers?
- Every number traces back to a real invoice, bill, or payment, so there's nothing to reconcile and no month-end assembly. Cash Pulse doesn't guess or convert anything on you. Bill in EUR and USD and you see each currency on its own line, exactly as it came in.
- What if my money doesn't all live in Wrenbase?
- It doesn't have to. Cash Pulse reads what runs through Wrenbase and what doesn't. Payments by wire, check, cash, Zelle, or Venmo count the same as card payments. Bring years of history in from a spreadsheet and it joins the same picture, so your answers start whole instead of from zero. Connectors that pull straight from your bank, accounting tool, and ERP are rolling out.
- How is this different from what my accounting software shows me?
- Accounting software closes the books on what already happened. Cash Pulse tells you where you stand today and whether you're ahead, built for the owner running the business, not the bookkeeper closing the month. Need the raw numbers elsewhere? Export any view to CSV and it matches what's on your screen.
- Can I see whether a single project is making money?
- Yes. Each project answers the same question at its own level: the next six weeks of money expected in against money approved out, plus what's overdue. Because a project and your whole business read the same ledger, the numbers always agree.
