For creators & influencers

Bill the brand.
Pay your editor.

You bill brands for sponsorships and UGC. You pay your editor, thumbnail designer, and manager to ship. AdSense and affiliate payouts land on top. Wrenbase holds every side on one ledger, so what a brand deal actually made is right there.

Income from every direction

Deals, payouts, and your team's bills,
on one ledger.

Your money does not come from one place. A brand pays net 30 for the sponsored video. AdSense and affiliates pay out on their own clocks. Your editor wants paying the week you upload. Wrenbase lines up every dollar in and every dollar out, so you can see what a month actually made before you commit what leaves.

Platform dashboards show one payout each. Wrenbase shows all of them together, next to what you owe your team.

Brand deals, AdSense, Patreon, Twitch, affiliate, merch, courses. Wrenbase pulls every stream onto one ledger, so total earnings is one number and each channel shows what it nets after your team.

Brand-deal invoices are native. Your AdSense, Patreon, Twitch, affiliate, and merch payouts import from a CSV or spreadsheet export, and land next to your deals on the same ledger.

Getting every stream onto your ledger is about to feel effortless. It is on the way. For now, a CSV import takes a minute and every channel sits in one place.

Getting paid by brands

The deal is signed. Now the money has to actually show up.

The hard part of a brand deal is not shooting it. It is getting a big brand's finance team to pay a creator on net-60, without you turning into your own collections department.

Bill in stages, get cash sooner
Deposit on signature, balance on go-live, plus usage or whitelisting when it renews. You are not waiting on one lump sum 60 days after the video ships.
Look legit to their AP team
Your brand on the invoice, the campaign and PO referenced, terms and wire details where procurement expects them. A $20k dedicated video does not stall because the invoice looked like a hobby.
The chasing runs itself
Reminders go out on the overdue sponsorship on their own, in your tone, so you stop being the one emailing a brand's accounts desk for the third time.

Every kind of deal

Not every deal is one sponsored video.

An integration, a dedicated video, a UGC package, a course launch, a live-stream sponsorship. Each one is a project with its own live P&L. You bill it the way it is actually written, and you see what it made after your team.

Integration

One-off

A segment inside a video. Flat fee, one deliverable, quick to bill.

Dedicated video

Staged

A whole video about the brand. Deposit on signing, balance on go-live.

UGC package

Per asset

A set of assets the brand runs on their own channels. Priced per asset.

Sponsorship series

Recurring

Several videos across a campaign. Each drop invoices on its own schedule.

Channel membership drive

Recorded

A push for members or subs. Recorded income as it lands, month over month.

Course launch

Your product

Your own product. Sales recorded, your editor and designer counted against it.

Live-stream sponsorship

Staged

A brand on a stream. Billed for the slot, plus any usage after.

Affiliate campaign

Recorded

Commission on a link or code. Imported per payout, netted with the deal.

Brand ambassador retainer

Recurring

An ongoing brand relationship. Sends itself each cycle on its own cadence.

How a deal runs

Media kit to money, one track.

1Media kit

Your rate and deliverables become the invoice. The brand sees exactly what they are paying for.

2Deal

Terms, PO, and campaign referenced. Usage, whitelisting, and exclusivity as their own lines.

3Deposit

Half on signing issues on its own, so you have cash before you shoot.

4Go-live

The balance invoices on the go-live milestone the day the video ships.

5Usage / whitelisting

The renewal fee tracks on net-60, with reminders going out on its own.

Works with your stack

Keep the tools you edit and grow with.

Common questions

What every creator asks.

Did this brand deal actually pay after my editor and designer?
That is the number Wrenbase is built to show you. Each brand deal is a project with its own live P&L: what the brand paid on the integration or dedicated video, plus any usage or whitelisting fee, minus what you paid your editor, thumbnail designer, and motion artist for that video. What is left is right there, not rebuilt in a sheet after upload. A sponsorship series and a one-off UGC package each roll up on their own.
A brand is on net-60 and pays slow. How do I not go broke waiting?
Big brands and their agencies pay net-30 or net-60, and they drift. Wrenbase lines up every invoice you have out against what you owe your editor and your rent this month, so you see the gap before it bites. Reminders go out on the overdue sponsorship on their own, and Cash Pulse shows what is landing this month vs what is already promised, so the wait stops being a guess.
Can I track AdSense, sponsorships, Patreon, and affiliate in one place?
Yes, that is the point. Brand deals are invoices you send. AdSense and RPM, Patreon and memberships, Twitch subs and bits, affiliate and commission, merch, and course sales are income you record or import. All of it lands on one ledger, so your total earnings for the month is one number, and you can see what each stream nets after your team instead of adding up five dashboards by hand.
Does Wrenbase pull my payouts from YouTube, Patreon, and Twitch automatically?
Not automatically today. Wrenbase does not log into the platforms for you. What is live now: you bring every stream in by importing a month of payouts from a CSV or spreadsheet export, and brand-deal invoices are native. An even easier way to get your income in is on the way. For now, a CSV import takes a minute and every stream sits next to your brand deals.
How do I look legit to a brand's procurement or AP team?
Your name and logo on every invoice on the free plan, custom colors and theme on paid plans. Reference the campaign and any PO on the invoice. The page the brand's finance team sees carries your brand, not Wrenbase's, and matches what a procurement team expects to receive, so a $20k dedicated video does not get held up because the invoice looked like it came from a hobby.
How do I bill a deal with a deposit, a go-live payment, and a usage fee?
Stage it however the deal is written. Half on signing, half when the video goes live, with usage rights, whitelisting, and exclusivity as their own lines. Set the deliverable count and revisions on the invoice so the brand sees exactly what they are paying for. Each stage issues on schedule and tracks on its own.
How do I pay my editor and designer without losing bills in DMs?
Share your Intake link with your editor, thumbnail designer, channel manager, motion artist, and VA, whether you pay them per video or monthly. They submit a structured bill with the amount, the deliverable, and an attachment. It lands in your Bills inbox marked New, screened and ready to review. You approve it against the cut and mark it paid when you settle. No more chasing invoices through DMs. Wrenbase records the payment; you send it through your bank or Stripe.
I have a manager or bookkeeper who runs my money. Can they use it too?
Yes. Your business manager, finance manager, or bookkeeper gets their own login and works alongside you, with the access you decide. They can send and chase brand invoices, approve and pay your editor and team, record payouts, and keep the books, while payments over a limit you set still wait for your sign-off. You stay the owner and set the rules; they handle the day-to-day.
Can I bill a brand overseas in their currency?
Pick the currency per customer. Bill in EUR, GBP, CAD, INR, and more. Each invoice issues and tracks in the currency you pick. We do not convert anything; you see each currency on its own line in your income view.
